2011 Update  for Visions Border Collies

This year our home burned due to an electrical fire in that started in the attic and we lost everything. It has been one day at a time, but we are managing with God's help and strength each day. The fire could have always been so much worse with actual loss of human life, but that didn't happen thank the Lord. Still it is very different to have to step away from our many treasures, but it is gone and nothing can bring it back. We have learned it is just stuff in the long run. Life goes on and so have we.

We want to take this time to thank everyone who has in some way helped us. We are so grateful for our friends and those that we didn't even know coming to our aid. There's still an abundance of good hearted folks out there!

Currently we're still at the same address, but parked next to the burned house in a loaned FEMA Travel Trailer, 240 square feet of room. Not having been RVers before it is a learning process.

We're trying to rebuild our life since we didn't have insurance, so it has been slow, but each day we're getting closer.

You just don't know what you have until its gone...
